Hotel Blue Lagoon

The place is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and clean. There is a balcony in every room and the view is great. It is in a good location. There are markets nearby if you need them. Both beaches are on 10 minutes walk. There is a parking spot right in front of the hotel.The staff are extremely polite and helpful. What I didn't like was that the drinks weren't included in the meals (We were a big group with and all-inclusive stay) and you had to order and pay for them, even for water. The menu was also kind of repeated to the point that we ate fish and french fries almost every day.

The food is expensive and awful. Run away

We just eat in hotels restaurant The food was decent, fresh fishes burnt out, sea food as rubber, chicken dry. And the price was very high compared to other cities around. i.e. Vodice Nice sea view.

The staff and the owner was also kind and helpful, the room and bathroom was well-equipped, the wiev was nice from the balcony, the hotel is close from the center. Unfortunately the breakfast was low budget (nearly everything was the cheapest one: juices, chease, salami, few vegetables and the instant coffee from the machine also). We couldn't use the fridge in the room (the reason because of the hygiene...). The menu at the lunch was a big disappointment, the beef soup was the worst soup in my life, the second was middle class and the pancake had an unnatural taste (I think hier was the biggest problem also the cheap basic materials). The restaurant has a good equipped kitchen, just needed much better basic materials and maybe more experience for the kitchen stuff.

Accomosation ok, but food too expansive for the value on your plate
