Central Dalmatia Apartments

We've been coming to Croatia for years and have stayed in many different apartments over the years, but since we discovered this place, we love coming here. The friendliness of the owner is exceptional, very warm and welcoming. She goes out of her way to help. The house has 2 apartments. Rooms are spotless and well equipped in both apartments. Everything is perfect to details, beginning with the complete acquisition of domestic premises, especially in the kitchen, to the air conditioning in the upper apartment. The ground floor apartment has a nice outside seating area, the inner courtyard is lovely, full of trees & plants, great place to lounge in the shade when the heat of the day sets in, love that there’s a grill and a drying rack. The upper apartment has a nice terrace. We've spent a lot of our time on either of them, depending which apartment we've been in. Most days we've been on one of the beaches only a few minutes' walk from the apartment, beautiful clean beaches. The beach right below the house is rocky (with rock and concrete platforms), but it's a short 5 minute walk to better swimming (Bijela, a very pretty small pebbly beach). The walk to the beaches is down a steep hill, but it's not been a big problem for us since we like hiking. You will need a car to go grocery shopping, but then you can also use it to visit the rest of the island and the cities of Trogir and Split. The owner can give you plenty of information about the island. There’s one small grocery store very close to the premises though. The family that own the house are fantastic, and have become lifelong friends of ours. We've stayed here 9 times and will continue to call it our home in Ciovo. This is an excellent venue for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday in a safe and quiet location (has not much foot traffic & only occasional vehicles passing by on the road), would highly recommend!
