You can by tickets on the spot, except online.The novelty is that parking meter has been installed.It would be good to have more seating and shelter from the sun while you wait.

Very poorly organized port, traffic signs leading to it are next to non-existant, signs in the port are confusing if you are first time there. And everyone except ticket-lady is absolutely not interested in anything and anyone using ferry port or their work.
