Extremly Expensive Luggage storage went elsewhere

Ok my review is about their storage service. 10 kuna per hour per piece of luggage. I know the whole of dubrovnic is a tourist trap but this was specially bad. I consider it a complete abuse :(.

This is not the official tourist information, this is a company. False advertising. //Edit: Hahah the tourist information replied me. Yes this is what I am talking about, this is a business, not the official tourist information bureau of Dubrovnik Tourism Board. This is like registering a pharmacy named "Health ministry of Croatia"..

I made a purchase and returned (around 6:30pm on 20 June 2017) with a problem, which the staff on the front desk with dealt with helpfully - although they said they could not rectify the issue. While I was running through what I hoped might be solutions with them, the manager appeared and rudely told me that it was my responsibility and not their problem. She did not allow me to complete my sentences when I tried to suggest further solutions, nor did she attempt to explain why the ones I had suggested would not work. She seemed intent on shutting down the conversation as quickly and abruptly as possible by saying that I had made a mistake through my own fault and that this had led to the issue I was having. I stepped aside to allow another customer to be served, after which I turned to leave. She then embarked upon another harangue, telling me that she would never have made the mistake that she said I had made. There are ways of explaining to the customer that they cannot have what they want, and this was the opposite of those ways! Sadly, the manager appeared to have received no training in customer service, and furthermore had an unprofessional attitude that would be considered even among people not trained in such things. The fact that she voluntarily extended the dispute can only be taken to mean that she enjoys arguing with customers, even if her manner suggested otherwise. She would do better to leave front-of-house business to those on the front desk in future.
