a big and great company with great buses !!

I was with this company on Balkan tour and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Bus was very old, AC was not working properly and driver was not able to comunicate wih anyone, including our tour leader in any language. He was from Bosnia and he just kept repeating that. "I Bosnia, no speak English". He was playing some strange kind of music, smoking in the bus. It was a disaster!!! Avoid them at all cost!

Work with them many times, sometimes good but sometimes very bad. Drivers not professional. Bus is middle, not so good.

Extremely rude staff and drives, giving to its passengers wrong information. Driver and tour leader arguing and fighting with passengers. Driver Mile yelling at unsatisfied pax “I won’t wait anyone, send us on courts, send petitions I don’t care”. Tour leader giving us wrong information about bus transfer from the shopping mall to city center. Prepaid the trip for 10 HRK, did not recieved the refund and the prepaid amount was just deleted from the invoice. Extremely bad customer experience with rude staff, try avoiding this tour operator.

Terrible unprofessional behavior Today at hotel Kompass bled the bus driver assaulted me and my college with a paraplu and slammed my car we have witnesses ans video and pictures of the plate shame yourself
