They employ the most undereducated people they can find, who are unable to work anywhere else. I have had enough, I decided to change the bank after years of being their client and I feel so happy and relieved.

A terrible bank that, with its excessive account management fees, persistently wants to pull me into the red, even though I am a vulnerable citizen with no income. My objections to the amount of these fees, ie. to a possible reduction of the same they fell on deaf corporate-bureaucratic ears. And while I'm not at all surprised by the short-sighted and irresponsible way of doing business that exacerbates the stratification of society, the removal of external ATMs at the branch in Vukovarska (Zagreb) is a much bigger puzzle, so it's even harder to get money - even when you have it. So: a classic predatory and exploitative bank that only leaves behind even greater poverty, misery and devastation.
