Easyatent Valkanela

Beautiful camp site.

Had a wonderful holiday. Nice weather and wonderful tent in the shade. A lot of swimming in the sea, what a beautiful clear water. Worth repeating.

Most safari tents were very much located in the heat. As previously described by others, these safari tents are located between caravans and other normal tents. During the high season there is therefore a lot of hustle and bustle, noise and nuisance from camping guests. Which is of course very logical at such a busy campsite in high season. The price we had to pay for the safari tent compared to the price of a pitch for our own caravan or tent was absurdly high and was certainly not worth it afterwards. We find the photos and the information that we have viewed in advance to be misleading. On paper everything looks so beautiful and peaceful. That is my mistake but I thought the safari tents were right on the bay in a quieter area. We therefore chose this option so that our son could perhaps make friends more easily at the campsite. For the same money it is easy to book a good hotel. We will also do that next year. By the way, if you have no problems with peak traffic, the camping site is and remains a must with your own caravan or tent. ;)

This summer had very bad experiences with Easyatent. Our experiences say: never again Easyatent. It turns out that a tent is not that easy. Constant power problems in the tent from the first day, stopping dozens of times a day that jump out, at the slightest thing. If you wanted to boil water, the plugs flew out. Often have to throw away vegetables, meat, fish and fruit because they were spoiled. At first the problems were denied. After almost a week, an Easyatent technical employee found and confirmed himself that there were indeed technical problems and shortcomings in the power supply. The imperfections had to be resolved with a number of technical actions. After all, the misery is already great and your holiday pleasure is really completely ruined. Full days of stress and stress, constantly emailing and calling Easyatent with only 1 week of results. Then the fun is quickly gone. That doesn't help you, literally and figuratively. We did receive compensation afterwards, but that never makes up for the misery. This was such a holiday where you are ready for a holiday after returning home through all the misery and stress. If we want to rent a glamping tent again, we will continue to look for an A-brand in the future! This is our experience with Easyatent, this is the reason we do not recommend them to you. First time camping! We stayed in a safari tent with two children. The tent was very spacious and the equipment was very clean. Toilet houses were also very well maintained. A cleaning lady is there around the clock. The campsite was very noisy at times. At night you could often hear party music until 2 a.m. and that was extremely annoying. The beach is very clean and there are some really nice places there.
