Apartments Katica

From the moment we stepped into the apartment grounds we were happy. It’s a beautiful setting with amazing panoramic views. Katica herself was there and met us and took us to our apartment and explained all to us regarding the place. She promptly returned with a little aperitif home made for my husband and I, and for my daughter a homemade fruit drink- all of which were delicious. That was only bettered by the condition, presentation and well stocked facilities in the apartment. Immaculate and so so comfortable! Beautifully maintained. We are lucky to see Katica and her family most days and she is a wonderfully jolly and caring lady. It feels like a home from home and although our Croatian is very limited (we plan to change that) she, and the people we have met are happy to help and speak very good English. We would highly recommend this place and this lovely lady.

Very nice apartment due to the panoramic views of the ocean from the balcony and the owners who lived underneath, were available at any time. The only negative about them was that they didn't speak any English, however we managed somehow. The cat parking driveway was very very narrow and required 2 people to guide us in and out. In fact we damaged our car on the last day. The last thing was thr smell in thr flat. It smelt musty camaflagued with a fabric conditioner smell that was irritating my breathing. All in all, good bit I wouldn't chose this apartment again, but definitely stay in thr and part called Mlini.

Only the view, which is fascinating, is for sale, and the rest is below average. Under urgent renovation. 4 stars are probably just a goal ,. which needs to be reached!
