I went there for an MRI. Complete fiasco. They have asked me if I have the paper from my doctor and I said no, on which they just told me to come in and take any metal of my body and my bra of. After doing so, the doctor told me how could I have come without the papers and stopped me in the middle of my response and told me to get out of the room in the most horrific way possible. Doctor Kalausek whom I was speaking with is clearny not equipt for working with people and nurse was very unpleasent also. After speaking with my doctor who advised me to do an MRI in the first place, I found out that the Aviva clinic doesn't even have a good reputation in this field and that I was lucky for being send home. Probably not all doctors and services there are this bad, but as far as the MRI goes it's not the right place. There are other private institutions in Zagreb who offer much better service alongside the more professional stuff and better prices. And you will probably not be going home crying. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Very bad organization of flow for customer on yearly health control! I wait 10-20 minutes for each doctor!
