Unhelpful and rude staff. I was asked to do a ‘test’ before renting a scooter from here. I have driven scooters in the past, where the method to start the ignition was different to the ones here. Rather than pointing out the correct method, he was amused in watching my confusion before saying I was unsafe to drive, a liar (for saying i had previous experience) and was not allowed to rent the scooter. ‘Mediterano’ round the corner is cheaper anyway.

We rented a scooter over here and everything worked fine. The staff was very helpfull

We booked a trip to the Blue Cave and Vis Island. Our comments: - We were told that the trip was on a different boat. The one we used was very old and it was smelling like petrol the whole trip. - We were told that the trip to the Blue Cave was less than two hours. It took us three and a half. - Two passengers were sick while the captain was smoking. I told him to quit, so he did, but lighted another a few minutes later. - The captain smelled like alcohol and was very unpleasant. - The captain didn't know how to get in the harbours. It took him 10 minutes in Vis. I believe it was the first time he was on a boat. - Regarding the meal, we were told it was included, but not the drinks. Once in the restaurant we were told that it was only included up to 60 kuna, which is far from being an standard or regular lunch (no dessert and no side dish). - After the meal, the waiter ask us to pay for all the meal. I called the agency twice. After 20 minutes waiting I went to the boat were the captain was sleeping. Finally it seemed that he paid before the lunch. We don't understand what happened. He asked me for an explanation and I told him to ask the waiter. I am not the one who made the problem. - Finally, at Stniva he dropped us so far that only I was able to reach the beach, as I am a good swimmer. The rest couldn't make it. - Half of the trip the captain was sleeping in front of us. - Once back in Vela Luka, the people in the office just said sorry. Not professional explanation of what happened the whole day. We thought it was just a bad joke.

very bad personel, mr "boss" Was unfriendly, he hasn't respect for clients. I don't recommend This company!

Got info on how to get back to Dubrovnik. Bus timetables were not updated when i checked on internet and got the answer feom the TA. Efficient : got bus ticket to Dubrovnik!
