Outstanding staff, luxury, fancy and sooo comfty rooms and location of old town is great. Labin is worth visiting! Really a hidden gem! Delicious and various breakfast. Great hidden private terrace to enjoy. The overall aesthetics and the attention to detail in the entire hotel are stunning. We are really impressed with Terra Residence and Andrea was super host! One of best hotels we were staying!

Such a LOVELY place and an amazing team managing it. Our stay exceeded all expectations. Not only is the building beautifully done, the rooms decorated with great taste and all conveniences, the breakfast DELICIOUS but it’s especially the host, Andrea, who is incredibly kind and helpful. He made our stay here a fantastic experience. We are looking forward to come back.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Terra Residence in Labin. It was a great experience that I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in a great location in Istria. It was clean, nice and the service was outstanding. Easy to travel around and walk in the town. Can’t wait to go again.

I've been there with my girlfriend for holidays when we pass by this nice place we get inspired by the kindness of the owner and the nice atmosphere. unfortunately we bought a pot of truffles that were absolutely smell less and taste less.
