Very nice guy and great house! 1st floor: 2 double rooms with air conditioning 1 large kitchen with air conditioning and balcony 1 bathroom with toilet Ground floor: 3 double rooms without air conditioning 1 living room with pool table and air conditioning 1 kitchen with air conditioning 1 bathroom with toilet 1 bathroom with toilet and sauna Outside area: Very large outdoor area with pool, whirlpool which gives small electric shocks if you reach in from the outside (not dangerous, galvanic current), and covered loggia with a large table and 10 seats. There were 10 people and everything was perfect! The only small drawback is that the large dining table in the garden is very visible to the neighbors but is not annoying with nice neighbors. Otherwise everything was great!
