FLEET rent a car - Dubrovnik airport

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude, unprofessional and dishonest. We rented a car in Dubrovnik and returned it in Zagreb. Had to wait for an hour on a very hot day, three employees working very slowly. The car was given to us an hour later than in our reservation, but the documents stated the original hour. We had to demand that they fix it. Upon returning, their employee spent VERY LONG more minutes inspecting the car, and finally claimed that he found a new scratch on a rear bumper. They charged us 2,500 Kunas for a scratch that is very hard (if possible) to see, and I have a photographic proof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unprofessional unorganized and rude Charged us twice for the ferry insurance. Would not rent us the car until we paid for it, then they would not take us back to the airport until we paid for it again. I showed them the first charge on my Amex but they said oh no that is for something else, WHAT ELSE ?! Nice scam.

Beware of hiring from this company. During my rental which I picked-up at Dubrovnik airport, the car was scratched while it was parked on the street. Upon my return, they forced me to pay €1200 on my credit card, even though I had the same amount of CDW with Expedia. Funny that it was the same amount! They took the funds and retained another €1200 as pre-authorisation for over 10 days, then lied and said I could claim back from Expedia.

Very bad and ripped off on returning the car. While waiting at the office, a scratch was applied and then 165 euros was charged. Objection has no effect. Unfair. Save yourself money and hassle and rent from someone else.
