Very professional, helpful and friendly. The wait of a year and a half came down to an hour. High eye pressure repaired in four days, now I use drops regularly, lower eye pressure and preserve vision. ❤

My first experience was positive in the context of the examination itself, but to examine my son we first had to wait more than a month for an appointment and after we arrived on time when we were scheduled, the nurse put us on hold behind a whole series of patients they were not scheduled and given priority. When I asked if she could schedule us for another appointment and to be sure that we would get our turn according to the scheduled appointment, she said that she could not. Since this is a private service, I believe that this treatment is not appropriate and that there is no justifiable reason why I would have to wait indefinitely for an examination that costs 300 kuna. Additionally, the board at the entrance states that the working hours of the office are only 2 hours a day and only 4 days a week. I am disappointed in my attitude towards patients.
