Great house, jacuzzi on the roof and the neighbors are not at all sensitive to the volume!

If you want to enjoy a relaxed holiday in the circle of your numerous family or friends, and if you have pets, this is an idyllic place for that. Beautiful location, clean nature, house with all amenities including pool, barbecue, indoor garden with views and close proximity to the sea overlooking the Brijuni islands.

We rented this holiday home in July 2017 for 8 nights. We were a group of 4 people (2 couples). We really liked it here. The house is perfect for up to 6 people. Although it has 4 bedrooms with 2 beds, but I think eight is a bit tight. The rooms and the infrastructure are in a very good condition. The pool is really clean and the water was refreshing even in this hot month. The kitchen is functional and almost everything you need is available. Also a dishwasher. The nearest beach is just over 1km away. You can drive to the Minor Beach Bar, for example, there are many free parking. Also recommended is the beach south of Rovinj in the park šuma Zlatni Rt. To get there you have to drive a good 25 minutes and then walk about 10 minutes to the beaches. In the area around Peroj there is much to explore. Tip: For shopping, it's best to drive to Konzum in Vodnjan. This is better than the shops in Fazana. For bread you can walk to the bakeries in Peroj (or use the bikes from the cottage). We are happy to once again vacation in the Holiday Home by Ivan.
