I want to tell you that you are completely unprofessional and you are free to close the "butcher shop" because even when orders are not delivered by prior arrangement, as I said above, you are doing badly and you cannot write one phone number exactly, and how to do business!?! !?.

The ordered meat arrived today. Any honor on delivery, but since the prices are quite good then the quality should accompany such goods. I'm not happy.
