Often 1 counter really works and the wait is long. The employees at the counters are not rude, but they are somehow deadly serious, which gives the impression of rudeness. I often go to that branch and I think I literally never, but never, saw a smile on an employee’s face. Clients don’t expect bank employees to grin, but a small smile doesn’t hurt. Only the guard is always smiling and friendly.

So the woman at the counter is so rude and uncultured, so whatever frustrations she has, she treated them on us with high speech, addressing you, yelling, inappropriate questions and remarks ... The woman and I just got married happy and in a good mood ... We came to open a foreign currency account with the money we got at the wedding, happy we start living together and put that we have some money for God forbid situations and that we can get fat every month a little if the situation allows ... Now I'm sorry I went to that branch and I'm thinking of going to my bank and transferring the account there ... I'm sorry I didn't report it to the supervisor or the branch manager. The gentleman at the other counter is extremely pleasant, when I told my friends whoever goes to that branch knows who it is and they literally pray that their number is not with her. So my wife ruined the whole experience of that moment and the rest of the day. I hope it will change because of her because many do not have a job or do other jobs less paid so they are comfortable ... P.S. she didn't want to take 150 eu, which I easily changed in the exchange office because "they weren't in good condition" and the larger denominations in worse condition were good for her ... Serious problems mean ...
