Autorised Audi/Seat/Skoda/VW service point, small and friendly team. During my holidays I had a broken wheel bearing - they ordered the part and made an appointment for next day. Good job and cheap prices.

I had to fix the rear brake system because it was blocked. A 10-minute inspection of the rear axle costs around 30 euros. Suggested repairs - 2x rear disc replacement, 4x brake pads 560 euros, the car would need to be repaired for two days. Option - If the brake shoes had to be replaced, I would need another 350 euros and the car would be out of service for an extra day. Summa sumarum I would pay 900 euros in the worst case and the car would have to be out of order for 3 days. In Slovakia I would pay four times less for such repairs and the car would be ready the next day. The service is branded as an authorized service but I wouldn't let them fix the bike. Avoid them by far better because all they want is money and not real services.

I had a bigger problem with our touran and luckily came here. You have made an application for goodwill at VW. I had the car again after one day although the repair took almost 10 hours. The price was very fair and it was German spoken I can only recommend. Thank you for the service
