I ordered from you 12.5.2020. products in total value with delivery of 344.60 HRK under order number 4657. The central post office called me to say that they had received the package, which was damaged, and to advise me to return it, which I allowed them to do. You sent me another package with 10 kilos of gluten-free flour with the expiration date 21.5.2020. and 10L of soy drink with expiration date 29.5.2020. 10 kilograms of flour has already expired, and the days separate from the expiration date of the soy drink. I don’t know if this is revenge for a returned package I never even got or you’re just not ethical in dealing with the food that people with celiac disease need, but I’m asking you to do the right thing and replace expired and nearly expired products with acceptable expiration dates . The first time I decided to buy products from you and I regretted it. This is Consumer Code material on how your company maliciously sends products to expired people that have expired and are about to expire.
