Absolutely not recommended. Me and my sister wanted to go to the hairdresser's on vacation. We called there and made an appointment. When we went there that day we were told that there was no appointment in the calendar. You have to say that the woman understood neither a word of English nor German and was very rude as if we had made a mistake. With the help of a passer-by who spoke Croatian, we explained to her again that we had an appointment. She then rudely made us understand that she had simply not entered the appointment and she could cut the hair from only one of us. My sister's haircut wasn't what she wanted either. Absolutely time wasting for me. As a customer, I expect to be treated kindly, after all, they want the money from me and not the other way around. Also I don't understand how you can't speak a word of English in a place like Novi Vindolski that lives from tourism. As a hairdresser, you should also be able to make an appointment correctly.

My boyfriend and me were at this hair studio today. Both women were nice and sympathetic and seemed very experienced! We didn't understand their language but one of them could partly speak English. We paid not much. They could have charged bit more in my opinion. We were very satisfied, so thank you for the great service. My boyfriend and I went to the salon today. Both employees were very friendly and competent! One of the two could speak some English, so we had no problems communicating. We didn't pay much. I found it very cheap, so the price-performance ratio is perfect. Thanks for the good service.
