Great agency run but great lady - Mirjana. She has not only found cool apartment for us but also gave us a lot of tips for beautiful beaches, shopping and help us with buying delicious olive oil. I highly recommend this agency and it's owner. Deserves even more than 5 stars!

Very nice lady figuring everything out with you, finding best accommodation, recommendations on the area and everything. Always a nice chat, too.

Very disappointing: On the recommendation of my landlord I went to the office to have my bus ticket printed (one single sheet) that I needed for the next day. The lady at the counter continously refused to help me out with this while standing next to two printers. She acted friendly, but would not even print for money. I did not get any explanation nor advice where to find another printer in this village. My family has been coming to Stara Baska for many years but from now on we are certainly not going to book an apparent at this agency anymore. Good service ought to go beyond the minimum.

Very helpful agency run by a charming lady. (German version below). Update: I just heard she is closing this year ... For several years we have booked nice apartments and received a lot of useful information. Mrs. Mirjana Kristinic is very kind and helpful, speaks English and can be reached for booking via email. We have known the agency "Zala" for many years and have already booked several holiday apartments here, personally, but also via email. Ms. Mirjana Kristinic is great. She is so nice and helpful. You also get lots of tips for trips ... Update: Unfortunately, it is closing this year, as I just heard. Too bad. Hvala ljepa!

Attention! Boss drives out vacationers before they have parked! Good luck as "Croatian Tourist Office". (Another tip from the boss: right at home park = spend vacations ..! ??)
