Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Perfectly cleaned and with a nice view of the marina from the balcony. The pool is a great plus if you want to cool off and relax. Parking space is available on location

Nice place, close to the town.

It's a pity I can't give a sixth star to this place. The house is wonderful, new, clean, spacious and extremely confortable, and it's about 2-3 minutes by foot to the main street of Punat next to the sea. The swimming pool with the shower and the deckchairs were fascinating. Francois has been simply the BEST HOST I've ever met in many years of Booking and AirBnB: funny, friendly and extremely kind in helping us in every need we've had (and we've had some). Definitely highly recommended, for at least 4-5 days.
