Great place for group getaways. The basic rooms are comfy and nice and we'll arranged for groups of friends or separate groups. The jewel is the penthouse suites though! A lovely pool shared between two fantastic suites. Each has their own pool access. The suites are great. Packed full of unnecessary tech if you want to waste your trip watching Netflix, or fiddling with coffee machines instead of a kettle- or a massage bed! The pool sells it tho, especially with the steep access to the beach. Either skip the beach, or have a refreshing dip after the climb. Pool has a waterfall, fountains, bubble jets and a great swim jet. You also get a great hot tub to yourselves if that's your thing. The owner is easy to contact and very helpful if necessary. This place made our trip because Brela is pretty ugly, boring and not worth visiting (looks nice from afar). Concrete 'promenade', stony 'beaches' packed with so many people you can barely lie down! Poor facilities, toilet's that stink for miles and pretty dreadful food (except la Bomba). Actually every restaurant (except Bomba) tried to rip us off, incorrect change, menus stating tax included but then adding additional tax.... Be careful!

Oh my god, just noticed. I have thick fingers and instead of 5 starts I missed and hit 1 star only :) Sorry, Ante, for that. Your apartment is really good and deserve 5 stars only ! Hopefully, I can visit Villa Visnja again soon.

Beautiful, well maintained villa with close access to the beach via a few romantic stairs. The villa is located on the "not too touristic part" of Brela but in walking distance to the well-known „Kamen Brela“ and „Punta Rata“ beach as well as to a supermarket and good restaurants. The room at Level C is super modern, well equipped and very clean. The sea view is fantastic. In addition to the kitchenette in the room, there is also a common kitchen in the lobby where you can make coffee and tea. Ante is a great, attentive host who makes your stay a special experience. Very good bus connections from and to Split, also for travellers without a car. Absolute recommendation for an unforgettable holiday in Brela.

Fantastic views at the sea, 10min walk to the beach. Spacious, clean apartment. No official check-in (we were given our room key by a housekeeping lady) and no check-out. No daily cleaning. Parking by the apartment house at no charge.
