Who needs a class action lawsuit against Makarska Touristik? We booked an apartment in Makarska in November 2019 OUTSIDE COVID 19. We paid the deposit in February. When it was clear that we were not allowed to enter, I immediately arranged for a refund. Mr Pudelko then wanted to sell it as if we had then booked DURING Covid 19 and were not entitled to the deposit. I made it clear to him that this was not true. Then they held me up until today 09/14/2020 and paid us back less than half of the deposit. Who is interested Please contact me [email protected]
