Villa ART Makarska (8 persons, 190 m²) is a newly built and luxuriously furnished 4-star apartment for rent. It has only one apartment for rent, so the whole house is available only to the guests of that apartment. Villa ART is always sunny and only 500 m from the city center and 600 m from the city beach. It has 4 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dining area, 3 bathrooms / wc + one separate toilet, large terrace overlooking the sea. It also has a large garden with 2 swimming pools. Larger swimming pool 8 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m, and children's pool 3 m in diameter, which is also a jacuzzi for massage. Large garden with lawn, orchard, vegetables and Mediterranean herbs. There is also an arbor in the garden with barbecue, kitchen and massive wooden table for 8-10 people. The house is fenced and in the yard is closed parking for 3-4 atomobiles. The terrace offers panoramic views of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar.
