I am very satisfied and excited. Unfortunately, my heating tongue broke during my vacation in Croatia. They advised me via the support line and sent me an email to change the holder, together with the address of the nearest store in Zadar. Here, after submitting an email, the holder was easily replaced by a very nice and helpful young lady. Problem solved. Thank you very much for the perfectly functioning services.
