Arriva Bus Tickets Zadar

We took the bus Zadar-Split at 17:30. It was supposed to arrive around 20:30-40 in Split. Never believe this company! The service is awful! You should expect minimum 30 minutes delay! The bus takes the slowest route possible, makes stops every ten minutes in the places where there are almost no people. There are people standing in the bus all way long !! We payed extra and reserved our seats and were told that everybody is sitting as they want to (or standing). Once you paid for the tickets and reserved the seats, they also ask you to pay money for storing your luggage in the bus on the spot...Never again! Better to book tickets with their competitors.

Very unfriendly staff!! Please, don't take this bus because you will regret it! Horible service! Still, very expensive!

Be careful about some company, not of obviously, but they are charging you for storage luggage even for a normal bag. The staff was extremely bad and aggressive, how it is possible to work in customer service relationships... More people than place on the bus, some company is using the over booking. Need to improvement definetly

Great value for money, friendly driver, bus sort of smelled like body odor and piss which was coming from the WC I think.

Great service, on time, comfy seats, good working air-conditioning.
