Totally unprofessional. Called the phone, asking for the car all right. On the second day they came from Istria to not greet us at the entrance, gave the key as a dog. They just looked at the car without anybody ever coming to us. Come on, we'll take it. Again without any contact, just the question of payment method. And then the announcement that we can get a car tomorrow. Because that's right. It can not be overwritten. The CVH is either miles down the street and is working neatly.
