Wine bar Barrique

Very good experience. The owner is very knowledgeable about wines and very engaged. They have relatively small offer of wines but high quality only. Cheese and Dalmatian plates are great with tasty specialty foods. Unfortunately it has too few seats, but it gives it feeling of exclusivity. Highly recommend it.

The owners, Kata&Mario are wonderful. Both are very polite and communicative and fun. Mario is a wine expert and always can pick out a great wine for you after talking to you about your tastes, and Kata makes delicious rum-punch and octopus salad. Would highly recommend.

Stopped by to have a cup of coffee while wondering around town. Was surprised how good the coffee was and didn't even realize it was a wine bar while sitting outside. Very polite and fast staff.

We had an amazing time with Mario who provided us an fantastic lesson in Croatian wines. We were so impressed by not only his knowledge and passion but by the amount of time he spent with us tasting and walking through the wines. If you love good Croatian wines, good company and a great place to do it, you shouldn’t miss Barrique.
