Impossible to get someone not a phone or a mail response.
Employees act as if we, our clients, are dependent on them without any awareness that the opposite is true. The bank should certainly train with them seriously and make them aware of the importance of each client. After today's experience, it remains only to change the bank, unfortunately.

Unadapted working hours to the needs of citizens. In the afternoon they work only one day in ie Saturday not working. For all who work until 5pm horror
