Halper's Burger & Bar

Legitimately one of the best burger joints in Zagreb. The food is great, the staff is awesome, and the location has a fantastic vibe. Their dishes show creativity and they constantly come up with new ideas each better then the last. I don’t know why they haven’t been open lately, but I sure hope it’s not a permanent situation.

When I order a burger, I want a heart attack on a plate, and this place delivers. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I had their signature burger (the most expensive one), and it was the juiciest burger I’ve ever had. They also added mushrooms upon request, the condiments were fresh, and I enjoyed their special sauce. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the burger was pink in the middle. The burger is mixed meat beef + pork, and I never want to see pink when there’s pork involved. If I don’t update this listing in the next 7 years, either everything was fine, no harm no foul, or I died from the tapeworms. Please cook the burger longer, it will be just as juicy fully cooked.
