La Riseria (Prodotti Appennini)

I love this place, only top quality italian products and a very kind and corteous stuff.

Very interesting place. La Riseria has some of the highest quality rice from Riserie Merlano and three prepared risottos, many types of pasta with different flavors, cheeses from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, mozzarella, burrata, ricotta and many other types with different additives, spices and flavors. The prosciuttos are from the San Daniele region and from Parma, while the salamis are from Piacenza. All desserts are from Dall’Ava Bakery, also from Friuli province. They have excellent prosecco Ca ’di Rajo from the province of Veneto, while four red wines are from Tuscany (all products of original quality are protected by the d.o.p. label). It would be good to have some more products so they might be better than Mangie soon.

If you are in Zagreb, you must visit this store !! In my opinion the best Italian products. Salami, prosciutto, mortadella and cheeses are top quality and all have a certificate of protected origin. But the wines are a complete hit for me. Top quality wine and yet quite affordable. The staff is friendly and explains everything in detail if something is not clear to you. Mostly every compliment and finally that we have something like this in Zagreb !!!
