I opened an account and asked for a bank that does not charge for monthly account holding unless there are transactions. They said that they would be charged HRK 30 only in case of a transaction, otherwise nothing would be charged and that the first 6 months are free of charge even if they have transactions. I opened an account, did not have any transaction, but after a month they called me several times at 8am while I was asleep and did not have my mobile phone lit - to tell me the happy news - that I owed them $ 30 to maintain my account! It wasn't until the mail they sent me that I found out. I went to the office and they explained to me that the employee gave me the wrong information on the day the account was opened and that their working conditions had changed in the meantime. They didn't offer to cancel my account, pay me back $ 30, or have the employee who gave the wrong information pay it out of my own pocket, they simply chuckled and joked, explaining that I had to pay those $ 30 to close the account plus some more compensation. About 30 kuna. I paid all this to get rid of them, it was the penultimate day in April 2019. April 29, but it was not enough for them - they only sent me an email on May 2 that I owed them another 30 kuna for maintaining my account in May plus some fees. Imagine, they didn't want to close the account as soon as I asked, but they were silly, waiting for one day to pass, and May 1st is a holiday when they are not working anyway, and of course they have an excuse that they couldn't even close my account at the time - that's why they made me again called early in the morning while I was still asleep to say another $ 30 plus a shitty fee! It wasn't until I saw the mail that they sent because they couldn't get me because I was sleeping at the time - I went there and paid them everything and wished them all they needed for medication - from that stupid employee who sucked the thing all the way to the top. I hope that my money they have so boldly taken will be enough to cover their medical expenses when they are seriously ill, I am honorably honoring them !!!
