Highly unprofessional and anxiety inducing experience. Avoid webshop pickup at this location if you can. The person working the front desk was extremely rude and unpleasant. Pickup point is an uninviting metal warehouse door without any labels or signs aimed at customers and one could easily miss it. I was stood there ringing the bell for almost half an hour without any feedback until someone finally decided to open the doors. The individual working at the warehouse was somewhat nice and that is the only reason this is a two star review instead of one. If I hadn't already paid for the items online, I would have turned around and left.

Good prices and service

We bought 2 Samsung phones from this store. One was sold as new, and the other as used for the store display. When we were setting up the phones, it looked like the one sold to us as new had been set up before us, in Spanish. It was clearly not on factory setup. It was a few weeks later when this phone stopped working, was sent back for a repair, and was replaced with a different device. That made me doubt that the first one was new, like we were told. Another month later, the store display phone stopped working too. I sent it directly to Mr. Service who refused to repair it, becasue the phone was originally sold to someone else before me, and I didn't have the original receipt. This is not what I was told by HGspot sailsperson when I bought this phone. The store agreed to give me my money back. I was not going to buy another phone from them. The other phone that was new had to be repaired two more times, during its 2-year warranty period. My expereince is that the phones they sell are not what we are told and that they sell used phones as new or as store display. I don't trust this store and would not buy another phone from them.I bought phones from this store because of their excellent reviews, and am suprised that my experience is the opposite.
