After each survey, the settlement offer was reduced, they asked to be provided with an estimate of the repair from the service (which is paid 10% of the estimated repair at my expense logically). after it was delivered to them it was not enough for them either and they asked for 3. A survey in which they annulled the previous ones and refuse to accept the items listed on the second survey made by their employee. In addition, they refuse to accept the fact that their insured is guilty, even though they have all the information and a police report, and ask for a "sketch and photo study" that can only be obtained from the police in court proceedings, which they did not initiate. every call revolves around the fact that they sent urgent messages, but that they have not received an answer so far .... also pays) All in all, if you are interested in what is happening with your case, you can only get information if you contact them, because otherwise you can probably wait forever. And in order to make my life a little more difficult, they changed 3 assessors, who obviously do not communicate with each other or are simply incompetent, so in fact no one cares what happens at what moment ...
