"Educational Gastronomic Center of Istria" is the didactic kitchen owned by AZRRI - Agency for Rural Development of Istria d.o.o. with the basic task of promoting Istrian gastronomy and Istrian local foods. It is also a platform for valorization and protection of Istrian products and the protection of Istrian gastronomy as an intangible cultural heritage.
