I have to answer. I was ordered through a national mammography program. The term assigned to me I could not go. I call 2 days before working hours, I don't know how many calls, to change the date. I call again and after a couple of calls she hangs up. SHAME! That is the behavior of a health center? If they hadn't been told that, they wouldn't have done it. I don't know what to say, except misery and misery. I don't know what if you're sick? They care

Disaster !! I come for a blood draw because I am pregnant and they tell me that there should be a special referral for thyroid hormones. I call the gynecologist's office to send a special referral, I come again for a blood draw, they say that this referral is not valid either because it should be addressed to the laboratory in Vrapac and I should go to the gynecologist and bring the printed referral. I go to Samobor (because the gynecologist in Zapresic will not even answer the phone, in case she accidentally answers and hang up immediately) to be told that I can't get a referral to Vrapce because I'm in Zapresic with a general practitioner, that only Zapresic and neda Vrapce and they print me a referral for Zapresic and tell me that every and the smallest laboratory should do those tests. I come to Zapresic to the counter and explain to the gentlemen that the computer only throws out Zapresic so that she can boldly answer that it must be Vrapce and that I go to the general practitioner to send a referral electronically to Vrapce and that I carry that referral printed with them AGAIN the next day. The doctor barely issued me that referral under the diagnosis of weakness and fatigue. Now I need to go to the general practitioner for the findings and take them to Samobor. They complicate and walk people unnecessarily. Shame to treat a pregnant woman like that. In addition, I work, while I wait for them to accept the referral, they can also give birth, and not go to the maternity hospital.

Thanks Dr. Dijana Cerimagic Kraljevic and her sister from the team. My husband was her patient for many years and was extremely pleased with the approach and treatment. She led him for the last 15 months as an oncology patient and did everything in her power to help him. Also thanks to dr. Niki Oreskovic and her sister from the HP team, who quickly came to ease his pain. Unfortunately, he is no more, but we, the ones left behind, will always remember their human approach.
