We went to a dolphin excursion with boat Ariete. The boat was clean, and the crew was friendly. The captains found dolphins, so the journey was succesfull :). It was beautiful to see dolphins in the sunset. The fish and the chicken menu was good and big.

The other boat excursions offer more for the same price. The dolphin excursions in Pula are overall quite disappointing: picture 15 boats chasing one poor dolphin family.

An incredibly well organized trip.

We were approached by Seifo while sunbathing on Verduela Beach, and he showed us pictures and information on the boat trips. At first we weren't sure if we should go or not, but I am so glad we decided to go! We went on the full day boat excursion from Pula with stops in Rovinj and Red Island. This was easily the best day so far of our vacation. We got to see Pula Harbor and travel through the archipelago, the view was stunning! On board we ordered wine, beer and soft drinks from the bar on board. After a scenic ride we arrived at Rovinj were we stopped for 2,5 hours, a local guide was waiting and took us for a small tour about 30-45 minutes which was perfect to get a good look of the city. After that we did some shopping and got a few drinks at a restaurant before getting back on the boat, ready for lunch, the food was ok, make sure you order the grilled fish like we did. We are the lunch while enjoying the scenery of a fjord. Really nice! Next stop was Red Island and WOW! The island was like a piece of heaven. Most of the people on the boat headed for a sandy beach but we wanted some privacy so we found some secluded cliffs, We stayed there snorkeling and swimming for 2,5 hours. We wished we didn't have to leave! Lots of fun snorkeling at red island, we saw lots of crabs, shells, water snails, a huge jelly fish, salt water shrimps, lots of different fishes and a muray. Really cool! After this we had a nice relaxing ride back to Pula, we had some wine and just relaxed out on the deck. I really recommend this! Perfect day trip, the initiary is well thought out by the company. The business is family owned and has been running for 2 generations, really nice service and kind staff, feels close and friendly. AWESOME! The boat ride started at around noon and we were back in Pula at around five. For 220 Kuna (35 USD) you get a boat ride through the Brijuni Islands and stop at the great city of Fazana for about 2 hrs where there is also a beach. You also get a fantastic meal on the boat, freshly grilled fish and wine.
