When we bought the product the retailer was very helpful and polite! After a month, the product broke down, they took it to them for service, of course within the warranty period and everything was ok. While after 3 weeks we called and asked what happened to the device. The service technician answered and answered in a raised and uncultured voice "WHAT DO YOU THINK WE ARE ONLY REPAIRING YOUR PRODUCT"! Here is my experience with Ten-G!
