Erste banka - Filijala Mali Lošinj

This has been the most frustrating experience in a Erste bank I had in Croatia. Not only the staff was completely unorganized, there was no following the ticketing system that you should pull on entrance and it took me 30 minutes to be called to the counter, and there were only 4 people before me. The woman was very arrogant when processing my errand and what shocked me the most, she was not wearing a mask. I regret my visit here and will avoid it in the future.

Everything solved quickly, efficiently and in a good mood thanks to the great staff :)

Outside 35 ° C and in the bank have a water machine, but it does not work. Maybe we get lucky in winter? At the counter for business, I've never seen an officer doing so fast. A younger brunette with glasses. A real official refreshment. Praises.
