Our car made a strange noise after hitting a rock. We had to look under the car to see what the problem was, it would have been in 5 minutes but the secretary found a false excuse not to help us when we had a long way to go home. Not at all friendly, especially since she had seen that we had been waiting for a while before the opening at 5pm. If the mechanics didn't have time to take care of our car, she could have told us before! In the end, a lot of worry but we ended up fixing the problem ourselves.
