From nice very first welcoming to fully professional service. I have my hairdresser in Zagreb for more than a decade and I am totally loyal to her. But as I stayed for a few months in Losinj I got great recommendations for Urban and the owner Rafa. Expectations were exactly as described and j left his saloon very satisfied.
