From nice very first welcoming to fully professional service. I have my hairdresser in Zagreb for more than a decade and I am totally loyal to her. But as I stayed for a few months in Losinj I got great recommendations for Urban and the owner Rafa. Expectations were exactly as described and j left his saloon very satisfied. I can highly recommend it and will come back again. Keep on making people feel good Rafa 🙏

I love this place and I will definitely come back! Staff is friendly and professional, everithing is clean and tidy. And most important, Rafael always makes my and my wifes haircut perfect!
