The owner is extremely unprofessional, rude and entitled. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I had many! The director came to our house to take measures for a sliding door and a bathroom door. He was already the 3rd person from 3 different companies that we called to get a quote. The previous 2 companies said that because of the dimensions of the bathroom sink, the doors would not fully open. When we said that to the owner of Vrata Centar he laughed and said that the other companies do not know how to do their job. He will 100% make it fit. Relieved, we decided to trust him. Fast forward a very long waiting time …the doors did not fit. When I asked him how so, he laughed and said "What, you think that I am a magician?! Move the sink and the doors will fit! Hahaha..." I was shocked by his reaction. There was a problem with the sliding door as well, but he did not want to hear any of our comments and complaints. He raised his voice and laughing said that “this is all what you are going to get” and left!!! What followed were a series of very unpleasant phone conversations where he was aggressive and incredibly rude. Do yourself a favour and AVOID BY ALL MEANS.
