Ovo je vrlo loše iskustvo s glavnim menadžerom Anijom. Imala je i problema u priopćenju proteklih dvije godine, jer gotovo jedva govori engleski, njemački ili francuski, a ne govorim hrvatski, ali kao turistička agencija misliti bi da bi ona ili njezin partner Alan mogli jasno komunicirati u Najmanje jedan od tih jezika. (Ona obrađuje posao tako da ćete rijetko razgovarati s Alanom koji može znati više engleskog jezika.) Također, vrlo je teško izvršiti uplatu depozita iz Sjeverne Amerike jer ne uzimaju kreditne kartice pa sam morao poslati bankovnu provjeru U eurima iz Kanade. Dana 15. lipnja ove godine obećao sam stan koji sam odabrao za vrijeme boravka u Mali Lošinj. Ania je rekla da će je držati dok se ne može vratiti k meni. (Bila je usred sprovoda ili nekih drugih obiteljskih stvari). Tada sam dobio e-mail od nje s tužnim licem: (rekavši da je sada rezervirano nekom drugom. Štoviše, kad sam morao otkazati rezervaciju zbog zdravstvenog problema koji je odgodio moj dolazak 2015., izjavila je da neće platiti nikakva sredstva, osim ako ponovno ne mogu iznajmiti stan. To je pokrilo moje osiguranje, no za razliku od toga, ostale turističke agencije u Malom Lošinju će se vratiti čak tjedan dana prije (npr. Puntarka). Preporučujem da ne poslujete s ovom agencijom. Moju odanost kupaca za 3 godine bila je potpuno zanemarena, a Ania je pokušala nadoknaditi isprike i mijenjati činjenice kad sam se žalila da joj je dao stan koji mi je obećao (imajte na umu da je ovo bio početak sezone u lipnju 2017.). ENGLISH Very bad experience this time with chief manager Ania. Had problems communicating in the previous past two years as well because she speaks hardly any English, German or French and I do not speak Croatian, but as a tourist agency, one would think she or her partner Alan would be able to communicate clearly in at least one of those languages. (She handles the business so you rarely will get to speak with Alan who may know more English.) Also, very difficult to make payments for deposit from North America as they don't take credit cards and so I had to send a bank cheque in Euros from Canada. On June 15 this year I was promised an apartment I had selected for the duration of my stay in Mali, Losinj. Ania said she would hold it until she could get back to me. (She was in the midst of a funeral or some other family matters). Then I got an email from her with a sad face :( saying it was booked to someone else now. Moreover, when I had to cancel a booking due to a health issue that delayed my arrival in 2015 she stated they would not reimburse any funds unless they could rent the apartment again. My insurance covered that, but in contrast, other travel agencies in Mali, Losinj, will refund even a week before (example Puntarka). I would strongly recommend not to do business with this agency. My customer loyalty for 3 years was totally disregarded and Ania tried to make up excuses and change the facts when I complained that she had given away the apartment promised to me (keeping in mind this was the start of the high season in June 2017).

Excellent agency, they have been clients for many years. Very helpful and good.
