POLIKLINIKA ZAMBELLI

My girlfriend went for an initial appointment to discuss potential procedure. The doctor had just came out of operating room and spent total of 3 minutes with her. After sharing some basic information, he named the price of procedure, told her the first available date, and escorted her out. When she came to the reception to pay for the appointment, the nurse didn't even give her the receipt. Two days later, when my girlfriend wanted to book another appointment to speak some more with the doctor, the nurse didn't even bother to listen to what she had to say, and simply said: "Ok, bye". This nurse simply didn't care. We've decided to cancel the date of surgery and find another clinic to get our money's worth. Disappointing experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Moja djevojka je otišla na inicijalni pregled kako bi razgovarala o mogućem postupku. Liječnik je upravo izašao iz operacijske dvorane i proveo s njom ukupno 3 minute. Nakon što je podijelio neke osnovne informacije, naveo je cijenu procedure, rekao joj je prvi slobodni datum i ispratio je. Kad je došla na recepciju kako bi platila pregled, bolničarka joj čak nije ni dala račun. Dva dana kasnije, kad je djevojka htjela rezervirati još jedan termin kako bi dodatno razgovarala s liječnikom, sestra se nije ni potrudila slušati ju i jednostavno je rekla: "Ok, doviđenja". Ova sestra jednostavno nije marila za potecnicjane pacijente, nevjerojatno. Odlučili smo otkazati predloženi datum procedure i pronaći drugu kliniku. Razočaravajuće iskustvo, nikome ne bih preporučio.

When you put on hyaluronic acid, you never know what you're getting, because you never see the box, but you certainly don't get what it normally advertises. Quantities are also questionable. Of course you never get a bill with that. Heavy scam.

Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of negative comments. A couple of years ago I had my nose operated on by a doctor, now I have a hole on the side of my nose and a nose that goes wrong. Bypass it in a wide arc!
