I'm not one to write reviews, but I had the worst experience with this agency. I have worked with many real estate agents, both here and in the U.S, and from all aspects: buying, selling, renting as a tenant and renting out a property. They are extremely arrogant, lack professional behavior, and are evidently only interested in getting their commission. I would give 1 star if possible.

These high marks are from the employees themselves and have no comment. They work in Rijeka, Zagreb and Split. Probably in other cities as well. Bad business, bad attitude, they just look at the money they take as soon as possible and when you pay them neither a trace nor a vote. If you can avoid them. You're welcome

I went to look at the ad and after watching it, I was told that I had to sign a pre-order purchase where it obliges the agency to pay a commission. The law on real estate brokerage is very clear. The agency commission is paid by the Principal, that is, the person who hired the real estate agency and signed the mediation contract with the same. As far as I am concerned, they are hired by the seller of the apartment, and this is a pure conflict of interest. If the agency actively seeks a property according to my requirements, I agree to pay them a commission because they are working in my name.

Incorrect, sharing misinformation, they do not work properly. As an agency they perform their "mediation" very badly. Agents are kind, but business is a disaster.
