Travel Salzburg and the Austrian Lakes from 7.12-8.12.2019 all praise to the agency for a really comfortable bus! To chauffeur Sandi, and our companion Sanjana who really made an effort to make our trip as enjoyable as possible!
I do not know where to go and how to describe the embarrassingly bad organization of the road to Sarajevo that our travelers could literally cost a life. Los hotel, poor organization, unmanaged guide, uncompleted program of the road, and on the return home we changed three buses, the first broke down, the other broke in the middle of a motorway drive, a wheel that could end up fatal, wait only 2 hours in the middle of a motorway the third bus to arrive home in the morning and according to the plan, it was 23 hours long. They co-operate with Crnja Tours, who already had such incidents, one with a fatal consequence. If you want to travel safely, this is not an agency for you.
Excellent travel agency friendly guide has been on many trips and had a great time with good company, always full of impressions from the trip, every time I come back to them
