First of all, the taxist took the longest path to my address and then calculated how much I should pay with the calculator instead of the taximeter (the amount was wrong btw). I didn't have any bad experiences before this, but this last experience was terrible. Please fire the driver ASAP.

We were waiting for the taxi for 40 minutes and then we called and they told us they have no free car. Altough, drivers are nice, problem is with people who communicate on phone.

Terrible drivers, terrible company in general. Whenever you call they will decline you if they think the route to drive is too short, also they like to charge you more then they should and when they tell you the price (which is made up by the driver) they will lock the doors so you can't leave until you pay!

Dissapointing share ride, not a taxi service! When booking, wasn't advised that company practice share rides. As I wasn't in a position to make a new booking with different taxi provider I expected differnt charge rates. Unfortunately, I was explained that I will be charged full price as well as additional person sharing the car for exactly the same distance. This is unheard. I wish you luck with your company policies and lack of transparency. Do not recommend this service. Ride was booked in Rijeka.

Worst service ever, the lady who is supposed to arrange a drive was super rude and not willing to help.
