This bar used to be a great place but the new bar lady made us feel most unwelcome a number of times and she is blatantly rude and abrupt. We have in the past ordered many cocktails which were great and affordable. The new bar lady is incapble of making cocktails and as such, while she is on duty cocktails are not served. This beggars belief. When we asked if we could watch the football on one of the tv's she just simply scowled at as and said "not working" with no offer to let us watch one of the other tv's. Some of our group who had been ordering drinks inside moved outside while waiting for some of us to finish our drinks. She ordered the groupvto move off the outside seating because they were not drinking! - this was despite there being plenty seating available. We will not be visiting Bar Monaco again.
