Your statutory rights when returning or exchanging goods in this pharmacy is not recognised. They sold us unusable poor quality product and would not compromise on refund nor exchange. They suggested that we keep the product as we might need it and purchase same product on their stock by different brand name. Greedy business minds! Very poor customer service! Avoid if you can!
